HRRN TO BROADCAST LIVE FROM PENN NATIONAL THIS SATURDAY WITH EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE OF PENN MILE

As part of their continuing coverage of the Penn Gaming Racing Challenge, Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the Eclipse Award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY, announced Thursday they will broadcast live from Penn National this Saturday with exclusive coverage of the $500,000 Penn Mile beginning at 6:00 p.m. ET.

In addition to the Penn Mile, the 2-hour broadcast will include the inaugural Penn Oaks for three-year-old fillies, the $150,000 Pennsylvania Governor’s Cup and the $200,000 Mountainview Handicap.

HRRN will begin their Penn Mile day coverage Saturday morning with a special edition of their popular weekly talk show, the Equine Forum, hosted live from Penn National beginning at 8:00 a.m. ET.

Listeners can tune-in to the broadcasts throughout North America on SiriusXM satellite radio as well as online with live streaming provided on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net. In addition, the streaming can be accessed on mobile phones and tablets but clicking the “Listen Live” button on the HRRN home page.

HRRN’s coverage of the Penn Gaming Racing Challenge began on April 19 with the $1,500,000 Charles Town Classic at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races and continues through Zia Park’s Land of Enchantment day and Penn’s Thanksgiving Eve Racing Festival, both of which take place on November 26 and round out the series.

Coverage will be anchored by HRRN President Mike Penna along with analyst Sean Clancy.
