BELMONT STAKES TO BE BROADCAST LIVE ON HRRN SATURDAY

LEXINGTON, KY (June 3, 2021) – Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, Kentucky and official radio home of the 2021 Triple Crown and Breeders’ Cup World Championships, will provide exclusive radio coverage of the 153rd Belmont Stakes this Saturday, June 5, beginning at 5:00 p.m. ET. 

 

The broadcast, produced in partnership with NBC Sports Audio Network, can be heard on terrestrial affiliates across the United States and on the NBC Sports Audio Network SiriusXM channel 211 with a simulcast of the coverage available on HRRN’s Sirius 219/XM 201.  Digital listeners can tune in to the Belmont Stakes on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net.

HRRN president Mike Penna will anchor the broadcast along with analysts Tom Leach and Anthony Stabile.  NBC announcer Larry Collmus will provide the live race call.

 

In addition to the live race coverage, HRRN’s Belmont day programming begins at 8:00 a.m. ET with a special Belmont Stakes edition of their popular Saturday morning talk show, the Equine Forum with host Mike Penna.  The Equine Forum can be heard from 8-11 a.m. ET on Sirius 219/XM 201 with live streaming and a podcast provided on the HRRN website, horseracingradio.net.
