HRRN DEBUTS NEW WEEKLY SEGMENT WITH DALE ROMANS AND TIM WILKIN ON EQUINE FORUM THIS SATURDAY
LEXINGTON, KY (September 9, 2021) – Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY and official radio home of the 2021 Triple Crown and Breeders’ Cup World Championships, announced Thursday, the debut of a new weekly segment titled “I Ask, They Answer” with trainer Dale Romans and turf writer Tim Wilkin.
The new segment will air each week at 10:30 a.m. ET as part of HRRN’s popular Saturday morning talk show, the Equine Forum presented by Woodbine Entertainment. Host Mike Penna will offer up various racing topics to be discussed and debated by Romans and Wilkin.
The Equine Forum airs throughout North America and around the globe Saturdays from
8:00-11:00 a.m. ET on Sirius 219/XM 201. Digital listeners can tune in with live streaming and an archived podcast of the show available on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net. The show can also be heard on HRRN’s terrestrial partners across Kentucky; ESPN 680 in Louisville, The New Sports 96.1 The Zone in Lexington and 105.7 in Shelbyville/Frankfort.
The September 11 edition of the Equine Forum will also feature a special remembrance of Tiznow’s heroic victory for America in the 2001 Breeders’ Cup Classic with retired trainer Jay Robbins along with conversations with owner Jerry Crawford of Donegal Racing, trainer Jack Sisterson, Pin Oak Stud Manager Clifford Barry and retired jockey Nick Santagata.
