HRRN TO PROVIDE LIVE COVERAGE OF BARBADOS GOLD CUP AND XPRESSBET FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH THIS SATURDAY

Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the Eclipse Award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY and official radio home of the Triple Crown and Breeders’ Cup World Championships, announced Tuesday they will provide live on-site coverage of the Sandy Lane Barbados Gold Cup and Grade 2 Xpressbet.com Fountain of Youth Stakes this Saturday beginning at 3:00 p.m. ET.
HRRN’s Mike Penna and Jude Feld will be joined by NBC and NYRA announcer Larry Collmus live from Garrison Savannah in Bridgetown, Barbados, while Anthony Stabile and Dan Mason anchor the Fountain of Youth coverage live from Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, FL.
 
The three-hour broadcast, presented by Red Brand Fence, will be heard throughout North America on SiriusXM channel 83 and can be accessed worldwide via live streaming provided on the HRRN website, horseracingradio.net.
Top U.S. owner Ken Ramsey returns to Barbados in search of a third victory in the Caribbean’s most prestigious race. Represented by Grade 2 winner Shining Copper and Queen’s Plate victor Sir Dudley Digges, the Ramsey color-bearers will square off against two-time defending Gold Cup winner Dorsett, trained by Bajan Robert Pierce.
 
In South Florida, all eyes will be focused on juvenile champion Good Magic as he makes his highly anticipated three-year-old debut in the Fountain of Youth for trainer Chad Brown.
 
Penna and Feld will also host their popular weekly talk show, the Equine Forum, live from Garrison Savannah on Saturday morning from 8-10 a.m. ET. The Equine Forum airs nationwide on Sirius 219/XM 206 along with terrestrial affiliates across the country and is streamed live and podcast on the HRRN website. The show is presented by Red Brand Fence.
 
HRRN’s 2018 schedule includes live coverage of more than 125 graded stakes including all three legs of the U.S. Triple Crown and the Breeders’ Cup World Championships.
