2025 ‘WOODBINE WEEK’ SERIES BEGINS MONDAY ON HRRN

LEXINGTON, KY (June 23, 2025)Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY, announced today the return of a special ‘Woodbine Week’ series to celebrate the history and tradition of Woodbine Racetrack’s signature stakes races throughout their 2025 race meet.

The first in the five-part series begins Monday, June 23 with HRRN paying tribute to many of the great horses to have competed in five graded stakes slated to be contested at Woodbine this coming weekend:The Nassau (G2), Highlander (G2), Dominion Day (G3), Selene (G3), and Marine (G3). Listeners will enjoy replays of past runnings and interviews with winning connections across the network’s full platform of weekly talk shows, as well as on HRRN’s social media pages, website and e-newsletters.

All HRRN shows can be heard throughout North America on Sirius 162/XM 207 with live streaming and podcasts made available on the network’s website, www.horseracingradio.net, and multiple podcast platforms. A full schedule of all HRRN shows and additional affiliate information can also be found on the network’s site.

Below is a listing of the full 2025 Woodbine Week Series and the races scheduled to be celebrated:

July 14 through July 19: Woodbine Oaks, Plate Trial, Canadian (G2), Connaught Cup (G2)
August 11 through August 16: Kings Plate, E.P. Taylor (G1), King Edward (G2), Bold Venture (G3)
September 8 through September 13: Woodbine Mile (G1), Natalma (G1), Summer (G1)
September 29 through October 4: Canadian International (G1), Nearctic (G2), Dance Smartly (G2)
